1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service on phpplay31, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 9. Limitation of Liability

Any unresolved disputes shall ultimately be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players agree to waive any class action claims and pursue disputes only on an individual basis.
